Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use the Nahnu Code and API Block plugin and this website. Please read them before you install or rely on the plugin.
1.Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, activating, or otherwise using the Nahnu Code and API Block plugin, or by browsing wpcodeapiblock.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the plugin or this website.
These terms apply to anyone who downloads or uses the plugin, whether or not you ever visit this website, and to anyone who visits this website, whether or not you use the plugin.
2.Who we are
Nahnu Code and API Block is owned and published by Nahnu Fitness LLC, doing business as Nahnu Plugins, a limited liability company based in Spokane, Washington. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Nahnu Fitness LLC, and "you" refers to anyone who uses the plugin or this website.
3.The plugin
Nahnu Code and API Block is a free WordPress plugin that renders code samples and API reference content as WordPress blocks. It is built to work as an addon alongside our WP Super Docs plugin, and some of its blocks are designed to receive content that WP Super Docs generates. The plugin also has standalone shortcodes that work without WP Super Docs installed.
The plugin is offered free of charge to anyone who wants to use it. We do not charge a license fee, a subscription fee, or any other fee for the plugin itself.
4.License to use the plugin
Nahnu Code and API Block is distributed through WordPress.org and, like WordPress itself and the vast majority of plugins listed there, is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL), version 2 or later. The GPL gives you the right to run, copy, study, modify, and redistribute the plugin's code, subject to the terms of that license. Where anything in these Terms of Use conflicts with the GPL with respect to the plugin's source code, the GPL controls for that code.
These Terms of Use exist alongside the GPL to cover things the GPL does not, such as your use of this website, our support process, and the limits on our liability described below.
5.Using this website
You may browse wpcodeapiblock.com, read the documentation on it, and use the contact form to reach us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content on this website for your own personal or business use in connection with the plugin.
- You will not copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of this website's content without our permission.
- You will not attempt to interfere with the website's normal operation, including through automated traffic that is not a normal search-engine or accessibility crawler.
- You will not use the contact form to send spam, unrelated advertising, or unlawful content.
6.Acceptable use of the plugin
You are free to use the plugin on any WordPress site you control, subject to the GPL. We ask that you do not:
- Use the plugin in a way that violates any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
- Misrepresent the plugin as your own original work when redistributing it commercially, beyond what the GPL permits.
- Use our name, Nahnu Plugins, or our logo to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt any of our servers or services in a way that goes beyond ordinary use of the plugin.
7.Third-party services
This website and the plugin may reference, link to, or integrate with services we do not operate, including WP Super Docs and the SureForms contact form on our support page. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. If a feature depends on WP Super Docs or another third-party plugin, that dependency is noted on the relevant documentation page.
8.Intellectual property
The plugin's source code is licensed under the GPL as described above. Everything else on this website, including its design, layout, written documentation, and the Nahnu Plugins and Nahnu Code and API Block names and marks, remains the property of Nahnu Fitness LLC unless stated otherwise. You may quote or link to this website's documentation for reference purposes, with attribution.
9.No warranty
The plugin and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, that it will be compatible with every WordPress theme or plugin combination, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
This is a free plugin maintained on a best-effort basis. See our Support page for how to reach us if something is not working as expected, and our Disclaimers page for more detail on what "as is" means in practice.
10.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nahnu Fitness LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the plugin or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because the plugin is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the plugin or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the plugin, which, given that it is free, is zero.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nahnu Fitness LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of your use of the plugin or this website in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.
12.Links to other sites
This website may link to third-party sites, including WP Super Docs, WordPress.org, and other resources we think are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
13.Changes to the plugin
We may update, modify, or discontinue the plugin, in whole or in part, at any time. We will publish updates through the normal WordPress.org plugin update channel where possible, but we are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility with every prior version indefinitely.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will do our best to note it clearly on this page. Your continued use of the plugin or this website after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
15.Termination
You may stop using the plugin at any time by deactivating and deleting it from your WordPress site. We may suspend or restrict access to this website for anyone who violates these terms. Your rights to the plugin's code under the GPL are not affected by termination of your use of this website.
16.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the plugin or this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17.Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of these terms will remain in full effect, and the unenforceable part will be interpreted to reflect its original intent as closely as possible.
18.Entire agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Nahnu Fitness LLC regarding your use of the plugin and this website, and replace any earlier agreement on the same subject.
