3.The plugin collects nothing

Nahnu Code and API Block runs entirely on your own WordPress site. It does not phone home, does not send usage data, error reports, or any other information back to us or to any third party, and does not track how you or your visitors use it. There is no tracking of any kind built into the plugin.

Any data the plugin displays, such as content generated by our WP Super Docs plugin, stays inside your own WordPress installation and database. We never see it.

4.Information collected through this website

The only personal information wpcodeapiblock.com collects directly from you is what you choose to give us through our support form, which runs on our own Nahnu Support Plugin. That typically includes your name, your email address, and the message you send us, along with any details you choose to include, such as your WordPress or PHP version.

We use this information solely to respond to your message and to keep a record of the conversation in case you follow up.

5.How support emails are sent

Messages sent through the support form are delivered using Postmark, a transactional email service, so that we receive your message and can reply to you by email. Postmark acts as our email delivery provider for this purpose and processes the message content and your email address only to deliver and route that communication.

6.No newsletter, no marketing lists

We do not operate a newsletter or marketing mailing list on this website, and submitting the support form does not sign you up for one. We will only email you back in direct response to a message you sent us.

7.Website analytics

We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics on wpcodeapiblock.com, specifically Plausible and Matomo, both running on our own servers rather than a third-party analytics company's servers. These tools are configured to measure aggregate traffic, such as which pages are viewed and roughly how visitors arrive at the site, without using cookies and without collecting information that identifies you individually.

8.Accounts and logins

This website does not offer user accounts, logins, or profiles. There is nothing to register for and no password to create, so we do not hold account credentials for visitors.

We share it only with the service providers needed to run this website and respond to your messages, currently Postmark for email delivery and our website hosting provider. We may also disclose information if required to by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

10.Data retention

We keep support messages for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your question and to have a record in case you follow up later. We periodically review and remove support correspondence that is no longer needed. Analytics data collected through Plausible and Matomo is kept in aggregate form and is not tied to an individual visitor.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on established, reputable providers such as Postmark for email handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not store more information than we need to help you.

12.Children's privacy

This website and the plugin are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the support form, contact us and we will remove it.

13.Where your information is processed

Nahnu Fitness LLC is based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored there, including by our email delivery provider. If you are contacting us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over the personal information we hold about you, such as the right to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
